For electrode placement press "more", please. The electrode placement is essential to be able to get the best result out of a TENS treatment (pain relief). The electrodes are placed over or nearby the painful area. If possible place the electrode with the black pin over the most painful area since it is the most active one.
Before placing the electrodes on your body, be sure to always wash and dry the skin in order to ensure good conductivity. Be sure to only place electrodes on healthy skin. You should never place electrodes closer than 3 cm from each other. |
